We dedicate significant time and effort to every project to achieve each milestone. Therefore, refunds are not applicable. Once a client agrees to proceed with our services and the project enters the development stage, no payments will be refunded.
If an unexpected issue arises on our end, we undertake rework and apply our full skills and efforts to resolve it, as we value maintaining strong and healthy business relationships. In cases where a project is terminated by mutual agreement, development is halted, and the client regains full control of the project.
